Anoma Wijewardene

Sri Lankan artist ANOMA WIJEWARDENE
has exhibited her mixed media and oil paintings in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Brisbane galleries, as well as in Colombo. Her Solo exhibitions in Sydney, New Delhi and Colombo have garnered several interesting reviews, and the most recent work "Quest" a multi media trilingual exhibition combining evocative words and digital art, performance, music and video installation was shown in both wings of the National Art Gallery in Colombo.
The paintings are in private collections in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia. Anoma was a visiting lecturer at several art colleges in England including at her alma mater, the renowned Central St. Martins College of art in London. Her Studio is now in Colombo where she concentrates solely on her paintings.
